Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Customer is allowed a maximum 10-day trial period upon receipt of the products. If the Customer is not entirely satisfied, goods can be returned, in their original packaging carefully sealed, at the following address: 95, impasse des Taillis 74420 Saint Andr\u00e9 de Boege<\/p>\n

After inspection of the products, the Seller undertakes to exchange them free of charge, or to modify them according to the Customer's specifications, subject to invoicing an additional cost.<\/p>\n

The Customer shall bear the return shipping costs (round trip).<\/p>\n

The Customer has the possibility to cancel his order during 10 days from receipt. He must inform the Seller of the return and undertakes to return the products in their original packaging carefully closed to the following address: 95, impasse des Taillis 74420 Saint Andr\u00e9 de Boege<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Seller will refund the transaction amount, after deduction of a fixed fee of \u20ac50 (management fees, invoicing, updating of publications on the Internet, packaging and carrier fees, etc.)<\/p>\n

The Seller then uses the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction<\/p>\n

  • Shipping in Europe under 5.5kg: \u20ac30 (Colissimo with insurance).<\/li>\n
  • Shipping in Europe over 5.5kg: \u20ac35 (Colissimo with insurance).<\/li>\n
  • Worldwide shipping under 5.5kg: \u20ac80 (Colissimo with insurance)<\/li>\n
  • Worldwide shipping over 5.5kg: \u20ac130 (Colissimo with insurance)<\/li>\n
  • Shipping to the USA flat rate \u20ac140 (Colissimo with insurance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Guarantee<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    The cymbals are manufactured with the greatest utmost care and from a high-quality alloy, however they must be used with respect. Risks related to improper use are not covered by any warranty. Split cymbals with a crack perpendicular to the grooves are not covered by any warranty. Any obvious defect that may affect the normal use of the products must be reported to the Seller as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

    The warranty period is one year from the invoice date.<\/p>\n

    Legal guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee granted to the Customer. The products offered for sale benefit from the legal safety guarantee (articles L.211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
