Right of withdrawal
The Customer has ten days from receipt of the products to try them out. If the Customer is not entirely satisfied, they may return them to the Seller, in their original, carefully sealed packaging, to the following address: 95, Impasse des Taillis, 74420 Saint André de Boege
After inspection of the products, the Seller undertakes to exchange them free of charge, or to modify them according to the Customer's specifications, subject to invoicing an additional cost.
The Customer shall bear the return shipping costs (round trip).
Partial refund
The Customer has the possibility to cancel his order during 10 days from receipt. He must inform the Seller of the return and undertakes to return the products in their original packaging carefully closed to the following address: 95, impasse des Taillis 74420 Saint André de Boege
The Seller will refund the transaction amount, after deduction of a fixed fee of €50 (management fees, invoicing, updating of publications on the Internet, packaging and carrier fees, etc.)
The Seller then uses the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction
Shipping and packaging:
- Shipping in France under 5.5kg: €20 (Colissimo with insurance)
- Shipping in France over 5.5kg: €25 (Colissimo with insurance)
- Shipping in Europe under 5.5kg: €30 (Colissimo with insurance).
- Shipping in Europe over 5.5kg: €35 (Colissimo with insurance).
- Worldwide shipping under 5.5kg: €80 (Colissimo with insurance)
- Worldwide shipping over 5.5kg: €130 (Colissimo with insurance)
- Shipping to the USA flat rate €140 (Colissimo with insurance)
Guarantee
The cymbals are manufactured with the utmost care from a high-quality alloy; however, they must be handled with care. Risks arising from improper use are not covered by any warranty. Cymbals with cracks perpendicular to the grooves are not covered by any warranty. Any obvious defect that could impair the normal use of the products must be reported to the Seller as soon as possible.
The warranty period is one year from the invoice date.
The statutory guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee granted to the Customer. The products offered for sale benefit from the statutory safety guarantee (articles L.211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the statutory guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code).
