Scope and purpose
The general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern sales made by “Johan Nicolas Janicke cymbales d'artisan”, a company registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Thonon-les-bains under number RM 492100656RM74.
and whose head office is located at 95, impasse des Taillis 74420 Saint André de Boege (Hereinafter referred to as "the seller") with an internet customer (Hereinafter referred to as "the customer") via the website www.cymbalartisan.com. (Hereinafter referred to as "the site") to the exclusion of all other conditions in force, in particular those for sales made at the physical point of sale.
Products
In accordance with Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer may learn about the characteristics of the products he wishes to order. The Customer is required to refer to the description of each product in order to know its properties and essential characteristics. Validation

Availability

Delivery
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The site www.cymbalartisan.com includes a detailed description of these shipping costs. The amount of shipping costs is added to the price of the products in the shopping cart before payment.
Delivery times
For delivery in mainland France, the delivery time announced by all of our carriers is 48 to 72 hours on average.
Right of withdrawal

The Customer shall bear the return shipping costs (round trip).
Partial refund

The Seller will refund the transaction amount, after deduction of a fixed fee of €50 (management fees, invoicing, updating of publications on the Internet, packaging and carrier fees, etc.)The Seller then uses the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction
Guarantee
The cymbals are manufactured with the greatest utmost care and from a high-quality alloy, however they must be used with respect. Risks related to improper use are not covered by any warranty. Split cymbals with a crack perpendicular to the grooves are not covered by any warranty. Any obvious defect that may affect the normal use of the products must be reported to the Seller as soon as possible.
The warranty period is one year from the invoice date.
Legal guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee granted to the Customer. The products offered for sale benefit from the legal safety guarantee (articles L.211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code).

Transfer of ownership
The products subject to the order remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price. This principle does not prevent the transfer to the customer, upon receipt by the customer of the aforementioned products, of the risks of loss or deterioration of the products subject to a retention of title as well as of any damage that they may suffer or cause.
